GFPA Foundation team restructure

GFPA foundation has always been a volunteer-based organisation. Everyone from the executive, the advisory board and coordinators were volunteers. We owe the success of the foundation thus far to the hard-working and sacrifices made by our volunteers.

GFPA has significantly grown in the last year, and with every phase of the life – cycle, changes need to be made. As such we have decided to change the structure of the organisation . We will be hiring full-time staff on both a management level and administrative level. The current board will step down to make way for an independent board with the required skills for the success of the organisation. This will ensure our sustainability.

GFPA Programmes

GFPA will also be offering blended programmes as of 2021. A company has been appointed to build an online E-Learning platform. From the second half of 2021, we will be able to offer both online and in-person camps, online mentorship programmes etc. The platform will also incorporate a Career & Education hub and an Alumni portal. We cannot wait to welcome you again next year. For now keep safe.
